Peter and Sophie’s Atlantic hotel wedding had arrived, One of best wedding venues in Newquay for sure. As today was a big wedding, I had hired the help of Adam van Dorp Photography too to cover groom prep in the morning and capture lots more background pictures of people and moments that I may miss while focusing on the main couple.
Peter and Sophie live up in Essex and decided to get married in Cornwall due to Sophie’s roots here (and of course, who would not want to get married in Cornwall!?)
I started the day over with Sophie at her mum’s house, and Adam was at the Atlantic hotel with Peter. Sophie’s mum’s house was alive full of bridesmaids, Sophie and the girls were hilarious all morning, nothing phased Sophie what so ever! a big ol box of Cornish pasties arrived which everyone dug straight in to.
The wedding at St Agnes church went off without a hitch with Sophie arriving in super style in a Beauford from Treverbyn cars with a super proud dad in arm.
After the St Austell church wedding, we made our way on the Atlantic hotel reception stopping on the way for a few photographs with the stunning Cornish coastline and another stop for some wedding pictures at little Fistral over looking the Atlantic hotel.
We made the most of the beautiful building and features of the Atlantic hotel after the meal and then the real party started!
