Every year, come June – July, the West Pentire poppy field comes alive. For the last 5 years I always mean to get up there to get some photos but always miss my chance or arrive when they have all vanished as quick as they come.
This year was the year finally! we managed to get up there just in time before they faded too much.
Ollie and Amy are to be married this coming August and had booked a package including a pre shoot so they could get a little practise doing a few gentle poses and get a bit more familiar with me before the big day itself.
This year there was three or four poppy fields opposed to the usual one so there was lots of choice for good spots including one with a great view over looking Crantock Beach.
Only another year to go till I can return next year. I would love to do some more shoots there next year, if you would like to to arrange a pre shoot or even a family photo shoot don’t hesitate to get in contact.
