Nick and Tessa’s wedding was not your ordinary registry office wedding in Truro, it was in fact to be two weddings in one day!
The first being the legal side with close immediate family at Truro registry office followed by a huge celebration and much more emotional ceremony in a marquee back at Nicks parents farm.
After the Truro ceremony, We went to the picturesque Helford passage for chips and crab sandwiches (yum!) The weather was perfect and the views were sublime.
We took full advantage and got some great pics over looking the river.
On to the Cornwall Marquee wedding we all went. The marquee and garden was decorated incredibly. Guests poured in. I don’t think I have ever had such a packed wedding. Conducting the service was a close friend of them both making the ceremony even more personal.
After the huge luxury buffet and cream teas, The groove company, maybe the funkiest band in existence turned up and the party well and truly went off! dance offs and all.
Huge congratulations to Nick and Tessa Purdy-Johns ! I had a simply incredible day as I’m sure everyone did too.
