It was a perfect May day, this was a wedding I had been looking forward to for sometime! Dean and Sara’s wedding day had arrived and it was set to be incredible.
Preparation photos began in my hometown Mullion at Sara’s parents house. The joy of being a Mullion wedding photographer meant it was only a stones through away to work. it was all systems go once I arrived with brides maids everywhere! all wearing matching robes which I thought was a fantastic touch! Even with all the people there, Sara was calm and collected and was looking foward to the day ahead, as was everyone.
Once dressed and glammed up, all the ladies were looking stunning, we had a few photos in the garden and unveiled Sara the blushing bride to her father who was giving her away at the church, always one of favourite moments.
I darted ahead to get myself in place for the wedding at Budock church. The Ushers, Dean and best man were all in place ready and set.
As the wedding ceremony at Budock chuch and the wedding reception at Princess pavilion were a little way away from each other Dean and Sara had hired the brilliant king harry vintage buses to transport all the guests together between the two.
Sara, the Brides maids and flower girls arrived in style in their coach and it was time for the church service. Both Sara and Dean were beaming through out the service, you can tell these two were smitten with each other!
After a few group shots and confetti it was all aboard the buses again and over for the reception at Princess pavilion in Falmouth.
The walk up through the gardens this time of year is just beautiful in every direction you look. we had to take advantage of the surrounding and got some fab portraits.
Everyone enjoyed the singing from the Aggie Boys choir and playing with the garden games before having a lovely high tea.
The evening party was in full swing with dancing and music by the band – Shameless and photo booth also supplied in our package also by the ha ha bonk photo booth.
